![]() ![]() We were trying to "move people" to the stages like a usual ATS. We didn't know what to expect in terms of the workflow, which was in fact automated. We had a little glitch with setting up initially by ourselves, skipping the tutorials. But most of all, we were most pleased when candidates tell us they love the fact "we" send them prep emails beforehand and tracking their interview experience really makes us different and most would put us as their top choicer hirer. For some of us, we like the humour in the reminders from mathilda nudging us to complete certain actions and the red flags. The interviewers are guided in their assessments so we are having meatier data, in fact, we can rate each others quality of feedback. We do a lot of panel interviews and sometimes multi-timezones - the software is able to show the overlapped open slots properly versus us checking. Offload the interview scheduling from us to the candidates so that is a huge relief. The weekly update and dashboard gives me a good overview of the jobs progress at one glance. ![]() ![]() I don't need to keep checking in on what's the progress.
